The spirit, the soul, the mind

THE SPIRIT (or THE MENTAL or THE SOUL)

The MIND (or Spirit) plays a primordial role in our being, it is the one that directs the body, that animates it, that imprints its actions and gestures, that conditions to a large extent the disturbances of our body, its plenitude also, in the most complete sense, that is to say balance. It is the first to maintain in good health, to give him serenity, the key to solving the problems that arise for us every day. For this, there is often no need to absorb barbiturates, or even on the contrary? I read for the second time in my life this sentence: "LOVE ONE ANOTHER" Let's try to clarify this. Can this sentence not be put into practice by a philosophy, a culture, a religion, a policy, without risking being called inhuman? Being a humanist already means respecting all humans, whether religious or not. To integrate this precept into one's Mind (or Spirit), is that not already to respect; a fortiori, to respect is to consider, to have consideration. Can one want to harm in "Love one another"? Can one not listen to the demands either? Can we take hostage in this philosophy? NO! Because if the "Love one another" is put forward, it is like a grid, a wall, which prevents us from imposing our strength of the moment. It is about confronting solutions and not confronting each other in problems. “Love one another” means building together and not destroying what the other builds. Jealousy, resentment, intolerance, injustice, greed, hypocrisy, selfishness, anger, spite, meanness, indifference, cruelty, violence, revenge, manipulation, excess of power, stinginess, condescension etc... are not in the "Love one another". Therefore, when all these ignominies are invoked, thought, put into action, carried out, they provoke in the Mind, therefore the brain, the central and autonomic nervous system, negative stimuli for the whole Being. Headaches, aggression, migraines, anxiety, guilt, stiff neck, solar plexus pain, cardiovascular diseases, difficult digestion as well as serious illnesses, etc. Loving your neighbor as yourself is also a source from which you should drink without restraint. It is sharing what is best for you, it is good thoughts constantly, conveying mental tranquility and serenity. Serenity is keeping your mind free to make better decisions, not imbued with basely calculating and blinding visions. It is responding to a request for advice with the sole interest of the well-being of the person asking for it. Serenity is taking life as it comes, rain, shine or wind. To love your neighbor as yourself is simply to try not to harm anyone. It is also helping those who are suffering, understanding... Doesn't Abbot Guy GILBERT, the Abbot of the thugs, say in one of his latest books: "A good life is going through a lot of trouble to help others"? The soul being maintained, one must also maintain one's body, one does not go without the other!!
