Territoriality

We are lucky to have all been born in a very specific place. This place that gave birth to us is our place, our land, the land that has left its imprints in our cells, in our molecules, in our organs. This piece of land that saw our first glance at its nature. This nature that has become familiar to us, part of our family, since it is from here, from this place that it appeared. All the nutrients of the earth that saw us born built our ancestors who were a part of the earth that welcomed them, nourished them and collected them at the end of their life. Our organs are made to assimilate the specificity of the foods produced by this creative earth. The climate of the place of our birth has also shaped us through our ancestors. We are made to live in the climate of our birth, since our bodies are the product of it. There is nowhere else than our birthplace to live better. Our eyes are accustomed from their openings to see this environment. Our eyes are made to see the nature that surrounds us. Our ears are prepared to hear the murmurs and noises of our birthplace. Our morphology is prepared to be able to survey familiar reliefs Our body is in permanent relationship with the surrounding nature as long as it is that of our birth. Our very skin is made for the climate of the country that gave us birth. We must therefore, to be in better health, feed ourselves almost exclusively with products from the region that gave us life. Our organs are prepared for a good metabolism. In addition, this avoids enormous transport costs sometimes for products coming from the other side of the world while local products have the same trace elements. A little science: Mendeleev, a Russian physicist, established the periodic table of elements in the 19th century. In this table we find nitrogen, copper, potassium, phosphorus, silicon, selenium, magnesium, lithium, in short 92 elements constituting everything our body needs. These 92 elements are contained in both exotic products and local products. Garlic, savory, rosemary, basil have nothing to envy ginger, noni, aloe and others, in terms of the nutrition necessary for our bodies. That the taste and flavor are different to change from time to time yes, to make your ordinary food for a Celtic descendant NO, there is nothing to gain except that the carbon footprint increases. 1) It is in the region where we are born that our body and our mind will be most in harmony with nature and therefore with life, with Creation. 2) It is by eating products that exist in the region where we were born that our metabolism will be the best, and that we will be most in harmony with Creation. Haven't we forgotten simplicity a little? bT
