We will discover the megaliths in place.

Their origin

These megaliths were once erected in very specific places, as were chapels until the 17th century. Their location was never random, and this has been the case since 2 to 3000 years before our era.

Christian buildings in France before the 17th century were all built on ancient megaliths.

Bernard of Clairvaux had received all the religions of the world in his fiefdom at the beginning of the 12th century, to learn about the different types of constructions of the world known in Celtic Europe and the Middle East.

It was during this period, in the 12th century, that the builder monks, constructors of cathedrals, heirs of Druidism, appeared.

These megaliths all had their functions, largely forgotten today.
