In the life of a company, development is its second objective after sustainability through its profitability. One way to achieve this is through the judicious recruitment of people who support this enterprise.

Hiring a person is a very important act given the importance of the labor code and collective agreements. Hiring in line with the hiring manager and the company means peace of mind for managers, meaning they can devote their time to developing the company.

Hiring that is not a good fit for the company means a lack of profitability, management issues, ongoing controls, monitoring and possibly legal complications.

Hiring that is not in line with the company becomes the main occupation of managers and therefore the partial forgetting of the company project.

To carry out this search for adequacy, I need the first names, date of birth and birth name of the person to be hired.
