The body and the palate

THE BODY and the PALATE

Why the body and the palate, you might ask? Quite simply because even if the two are physically intertwined, they are not always in agreement! Why take care of the body in geobiology? In my humble opinion as a seeker, the bio of geobiology is life, therefore, also the life of the body. What would be the point of staying in a healthy place, if on the other hand the body, receptacle of everything that happens, is poorly regarded? (Look, as seen above, poorly regarded = poorly loved?) Isn't the approach of the client who requests a geobiological intervention provoked, guided, or triggered by a state of health that does not suit him? I absolutely do not claim to hold the truth, I search, I read, I listen, I question, I study, I measure, I test, I notice, I try cautiously, I observe, I doubt and sometimes I am happy to have been able to help my neighbor. This is why I wonder if the modern geobiologist should not include in his approach a notion of globality? Are we not in a slice of life in the Universe, where we specialize, segment, split, divide, compartmentalize, section, while believing we are doing the right thing? In every project, isn't it necessary, at some point, to have an overview? Can't working alone produce big mistakes? Or simply lead to missing the desired goal? The body needs a certain amount of food to function. When I learned foot reflexology with Doctor Faure Alderson, I had to study human anatomy for a year. (It seems that you have to study it seven times to claim to know it a little) However, we learn that no one is made the same. Different body shapes require different attention. The genes we inherit are unique to us. The countries where we are born do not have the same food customs. The eating habits of our ancestors are different Our blood type is special (there are four) Our work, our place of residence are particular The food found where we live is different Our means are different, our motivations too. However, all this must be reconciled. Several doctors - and not the least - have looked into this subject. Doctor SEIGNALET, ahead of his time, noted serious anomalies in our eating habits. In a book of more than 1000 pages, he explains and analyzes by quantifying the results obtained from what he recommends. I have summarized, perhaps clumsily, his book in one page. What motivated this daring approach was simply the desire for it to be read and applied: aren't we here to make it easier? Here is this unpretentious page which can do some good...

Regarding these different recommended diets, it must be added that as in everything, nothing should be fundamentalized or integrated into a single thought. You also have to treat yourself from time to time, to please your palate, to trigger melatonin or make it trigger It must also be said that pork from organic farming remains pork, providing significant quantities of animal fats, which are harmful to our cardiovascular system. This is the case for all food, organic does not mean that it is suitable for this or that person. For example, organic milk is organic, certainly better than milk from industrial agriculture, but it remains milk that is difficult to metabolize by 95% of our fellow citizens. The same goes for so-called fatty meats. Now that the soul and body are on the right track, we must think about the place of rest and or work. Food_mix_001[1]
