Back pain
This illness is very disturbing and disruptive, it can ruin your entire days and also make you aggressive.
However, it can be neutralized.
There are many causes of back pain:
Any movement with the spine unprotected, or unprepared, that causes the spine to be out of alignment with its original ideal position.
The wrong movement for lifting a weight from the floor, i.e. round back
