Dietary recommendations

In this section will be some dietary tips that have been tuned in.

To improve or maintain our best health, we must respect the body that has been entrusted to us.

The palate is very often the enemy of the stomach and intestines.

Drinks

Absorbing 1.5 liters of H2O (water) per 24 hours is the second terrestrial food to take dehydration to many unfortunate and disabling consequences. This water can be taken pure, (not naturally mineralized close to 60 mg of dry residue in 1 liter of water 180 °) in herbal tea, black, red or green tea however has one condition to check which of the three suits you best I noticed that black tea and green tea are only compatible one per person

Food

It is better (for active people) to have a full meal at noon rather than in the evening. For others, in the evening, a homemade vegetable soup and a fromage blanc in an unsweetened fruit salad are sufficient and good.

Consume 100% natural butter rather than vegetable butters, a small 10g packet at breakfast is sufficient and without risk. In fact, I have noticed that the vast majority of vegetable-dominant butters contain too many toxic by-products.

Consume 15 to 25 grams of parsley (preferably flat leaf) per day. It is a powerful source of vitamin C and iron (I have noticed that many people are deficient in it)

Eat several vegetables per day, steamed, for example: potato, leek, turnip, sweet potato, broccoli. Drizzled with a homemade sauce

Consume homemade sauce : garlic, parsley, chives, thyme, savory, cider vinegar, 100% natural olive oil and very little Guérande salt. This sauce must be thick.

Eat the smallest fish in its breed rather than deep-sea fish. You should know that all sea fish live in the same water. Knowing this, farmed fish are only distinguished by the food they absorb… Norwegian salmon is fed with food made from fish caught in the Baltic Sea, which is itself more polluted than the Atlantic Ocean. We will therefore favor salmon from Scotland and Ireland. Steamed with homemade sauce. Three times a week

Consume red meat , which is the fattiest, only once a week.

Choose 100% natural chicken or turkey twice a week.

To sweeten, Honey is the best sweetener, agave syrup or Rapa dura can be substituted. Beware of the vilified Stevie and often accompanied by ….. White sugars like alcohol turn into fat in our body

Food salt (fire) should be taken sparingly, especially for people at risk of cardiovascular disease.

Condiments can be absorbed, according to what I wrote at the top of this section. The risks of hemorrhoids are greater for a European who eats very hot peppers.

Happy food combinations for our stomach are red or white meat with green vegetables. Fish with green vegetables. Rice with green vegetables or homemade sauce fries with salad.

Simple meals prepared from scratch at home are much better for the stomach than ready-made meals that are tempting to taste without knowing what is in them.
