Every body on Earth and probably in the Universe has a Fundamental Radius.
This one, for a body or a name, is found somewhere in the 360° which surround us when we position ourselves, or when we position any body in the middle of a circle which we will have taken care to graduate in degrees from 0° to 360°.
Let's orient this circle so that the 0/360° zero is due North and stabilize it.
